Hello! My name is Nikki. I am currently pursuing my Master’s at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia under the Ecological Neuroscience Group. My love for insects began in 2018, when I started working at the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum at NUS in Singapore. Once I stepped into the collections area, the rest was history.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me flipping over rocks or adding observations to iNaturalist – it also helps that I work as a bush regenerator at Apunga. I am also a volunteer for Invertebrates Australia where I help advocate for the conservation of our often-overlooked invertebrates!
